HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY GARMENT?
All MADELEINE RUTH garments are ‘Made to Order’ in Perth Western Australia and require a standard 5 months before delivery from the time of confirmation and subsequent full payment of your order. Keep in mind the extra time required for any alterations when ordering your garment.

WHAT IF MY WEDDING IS SOONER THAN 5 MONTH?
MADELEINE RUTH can place a rush order on your garment but charges will apply. Please contact email@example.com for any urgent order enquires.
SIZING AND FITTING
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
MADELEINE RUTH garments are made in Australian sizes 6-16. Please refer to our sizing guide to help assist with making the right size choice. If you are still unsure you can contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you with your best option. Keep in mind that it is easier to alter garments smaller than larger.
IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN TRY YOUR GARMENTS ON?
MADELEINE RUTH currently does not have a showroom but we do have stockists. Feel free to contact email@example.com and we can assist you in finding your best option.
DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?
MADELEINE RUTH does not offer in-house alterations. Please keep in mind most wedding dresses will need to be altered so it fits you perfectly and this process can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks. We suggest you seek out the best local alteration company.
CAN I CUSTOMISE MY GOWN?
Please enquire at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss whether or not we can accommodate your customization request.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Please take note that orders are not sent on weekends or Western Australian public holidays. Keep in mind that all packages must be signed so please provide a daytime address for delivery. Once your package has been possessed a tracking number will be provided.
